- Are there any fees to when making payment?
- Yes, when paying using either your bank card (Yoco) or from your account with an instant EFT (Ozow) there are fees charged ranging from 1.5% (Ozow) to 3% (Yoco) before VAT.
- How long does it take?
- It's immediate, as soon as the money leaves your bank account, we'll complete the purchase and send you an emails with the details. We'll also put the details of your purchase as tickets in a tikle account. (Make sure to subscribe and allow your tickle account to receive notifications.)
- What if the the payment completes and I don't get my confirmations?
- Don't worry, if the money leaves your bank account and you don't get and email with the details, we've got our eye on the payments all the time and we'll make sure you get what you pay for.
